Carlos Osorio 

Scripta International founder Carlos J. Osorio holds a J.D. from the University of Chile and a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley and Davis. Mr. Osorio practiced law for seven years for one of Chile's top law firms in Chile where he specialized in commercial litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters.  Since 2005, Mr. Osorio has provided consulting services to law firms and non-profit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Mr. Osorio is a certified professional in localization.

Maria Teresa Poblete

Ms. Poblete is an associate based in San Francisco. She graduated from the Monterey Institute of International  Studies, California with a specialization on Conference and Court Interpretation. Ms. Poblete also holds a diploma on Language and Foreign Studies Translation Diploma, American University, Washington, DC and on French Civilization, L'Alliance Française, Santiago, Chile.

Ms. Poblete completed Graduate Studies in International Development, SIS from the American University, Washington, DC and also completed studies on Asia Economic Development, Institute for Economic Policy and Research, University of Hawaii, Honolulu and a holds a degree in Business Management/Entrepreneurship, The College of Marin, California.

Ms. Poblete is a Certified Spanish Interpreter.

Juan Eduardo Ibanez

Mr. Ibanez is an associate based in Palo Alto. He holds a J.D. from the Catholic University in Santiago, Chile and a LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Ibanez has been practicing law for the past 9 years in Chile with specialization in commercial litigation, arbitration and antitrust law, representing clients in sectors such as mining industry, government, aviation, and electricity industry.

Mr. Ibanez specializes in complex legal translation.

Sebastian Cifuentes

Mr. Cifuentes is an associate based in Chicago. He is an Architect who graduated from the Universidad Mayor in Chile. Mr. Cifuentes worked for Skidmore, Owings and Merrill LLP Chicago, Illinois as a Senior Architect/Designer. He was responsible for preparing, coordinating and keeping up to date the design documents for several housing developments in Dubai. Mr. Cifuentes specializes in complex technical Spanish translation.

Patricia Lohidoy

Ms. Lohidoy is an associate based in San Francisco. She graduated from the Santa Fe Springs School of Interpretation in California with a specialization in sight translation, consecutive and simultaneous interpretation techniques.  She has a degree in biological sciences from College of Canyons, Valencia, California and a degree in Public Relations from the University of Business Administration, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ms. Lohidoy specializes in medical and court oral interpretation, and translation of medical and biological sciences materials from English to Spanish.
